Yinx! meant everything to Eric. Eric told everybody that Yinx! was his son and had his own health insurance.
Also we were regularly told that Switzerland ist the 51 state of the USA.

Isaiah 41:10, 13 fear not, for I am with you; be not  dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will  uphold you with my righteous right hand … For I, the LORD your  God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the  one who helps you.”

One time, Eric was filiming one of our Samoyeds and as the dog was walking away from him in the video, he said something like "... there goes the north end of a south bound dog".  Eric had a witty sense of humor and this is a phrase that has stuck around our family for quite some time now.

Eric was an avid animal lover and he had a sarcastic sense of humor.  Growing up in the Kapoor house meant sharing time with the family dog, Shadie.  Eric loved the dogs in his heart, but he couldn't let on that he did.  So one of his favorite and frequent sayings was, "We don't liKE Samoyeds around here!"  Of course he did like them and more.  He would also call them "Stupid Animal!"
