Erwin had a listening ear. He gave his undivided attention. He spoke and allowed room for feedback. He was not judgmental, but a good leader. I knew Erwin from working at Aflac. He was just a mild person with very good manners and respect. To the Bailey family, take comfort in knowing that he is resting with the lord. Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints

He gave of his time & talent. I feel that the lord is smiling with him now, and saying "JOB WELL DONE". I would like to say to the family that you are in our prayers. Be blessed!!!

We come to earth for our lifetime and for some it's not many years. Naturally we feel the loss and shed many tears. Erwin hasn't really left, even though it may seem so. He has just gone to his heavenly home and is closer than we know. But he'll still send messages and he hopes we understand, That when our time comes to cross over, He'll be there to take our hand. RIP my friend.
