Born April 13, 1936, in Cleveland, she was the daughter of Nelson and Audree Hughes. She was formerly of Wakeman.
Mrs. Fulton and her husband owned and operated Loriland Dairy Farm near Conotton. She was also a health care provider for foster children.
She was a 1950 Wakeman High School graduate and a member of Conotton Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harold Fulton; daughters, Janis Perkins of Stow, Jane Gregg of Munroe Falls, and Keri Fulton of Bowerston; and nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. An infant daughter, Mary Rose Fulton; and a brother, Richard Hughes, died previously.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Koch Funeral Home in Scio where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Steve McWiggan officiating. Burial will be in Conotton Cemetery.
