This memorial website was created in memory of our beloved and cherished sister, Esther TANKWA, 52 years old, born on April 4, 1969, and passed  on to glory to be with our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ on  April 17, 2021.
She will be solely missed and remembered forever by the Family, classmates, schoolmates, friends, colleagues, brethren from the Christian Women's fellowship of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon and may others.
Despite the unexpected transition at this time, our sovereign LORD who knows everything and is ever faithful, is in control and reigns always. AMEN

Chai Esther I can't believe that you are gone. I communicated with you on the 5th and you were okay. This is too shocking. I remember our fun days in Street 7. What about you giving me the courage to go to Lycee as a clandestine student. We finally left without advanced levels. Now United with Mabuisie. You will be dearly missed. You will forever remain in my memories. Sleep tight my dear friend

ADIEU GRAND SOEUR ESTHERINE' SOMEONE BEAUTIFUL FOR GOD'

It was a rude shock to hear of the death of a sister. I am short of words and weak to question God as how and why? Just after the news reached me of the demise of ' someone beautiful for God', my younger brother and I reminisced for the umpteenth time the impact she has had on our lives and how she will be greatly missed. I remember visiting her in Fontem during on of my holidays in Cameroon and how she made me feel like a king the way I was welcomed. She surprised me that evening with a party which brought the whole 'quartier' to see me. That, I will never forget.
How can a sister so dear to me exit so unceremoniously? Your death has provoked deep emotions of sadness within me. Your uncanny ability to empathise, sympathise and fraternise endeared you to many. One could not miss your signature smile and laughter which always lit up wherever you went. You will always be remembered for your camaraderie and conviviality which you exuded that could not be missed. God has made you a new Angel in Heaven. Big Sis, , you could best ne described as ' someone beautiful for God' ; to paraphrase Malcolm Muggeridge's characterization of Mother Theresa of Calcutta.
You always prefers leaving me voice messages when you could not reach me. Most of your advice have made me a better person. You have left an amazing legacy behind through people whose lives you impacted. I love you with all my heart. It hurts more because I cannot be there in Bangante/Bazou due to travel restriction's due to Covid 19 to bid you Farewell.. Its a coincidence that you died in 'he year of St Joseph' patron of a happy death. To him w command our sister, mum, wife and friend to God's kingdom. You will be truly missed.
Adieu Bog SIs
