So sorry for your loss, I know you both were very close to your nan. You were lucky to have that closeness, most people aren't that fortunate, she maybe gone but you will always have your memories!

I love you Nanny! I'm so glad you got to live and watch me grow into the person I am today. I'm glad you got to watch me marry my best friend, and I'm beyond happy you got to meet my special angel. Not a day will go by that you won't be remembered by all who love you. You will live on forever in all our hearts! Even though Lauren is young and may not remember you in person, she will know the strongest, most beautiful soul that ever lived through the memories will will all share with her!
