We were blessed to have you in our lives, family is not always blood, but the people you meet along the way. I could still see you crooked smile, you are remembered with fond memories.

Sitting hear remembering you teaching Carmen to cheat at cards and me how to repair an iron and Merlene yelling because the iron was fine before you touched it. Ponda, it was an honor to call you FRIEND. You will be missed but not forgotten. LOVE YOU, ALWAYS...

It's never easy to say goodbye. So I will say see you later. For I know that we will see each other again. Only next time we will be praising our Father for all eternity. Where there will be no pain, and no death. You were a light in this dark world, always helping out your fellow man. Your family hurts now, but knowing that you are at peace provides much comfort. So R.I.P Ponda. You live on forever in our hearts.

Ponda - it seems like only yesterday you were driving us around Barbados and its hard to imagine that you are actually gone - but never will you be forgotten - As I lay here with tears in my eyes, and sadness in my heart I will be forever be grateful that my family and I were able to call you FAMILY. MAY YOU REST IN PEACE.
