Her Life

Our Evangelist our love

May 13, 2013
The woman in you made a woman of me, and I love you so for it. I hope that you know how much you were loved, we are all better women for having you in our life. You preached a mean sermon, made cakes pies like a top notch chef. You were so compassionate and understanding, you taught us so much and loved us more. We were your children to. I miss your goodness and caring, I miss hearing you pray at night. I miss the sexy looks you would give your pastor :-) I loved how you felt about your husband. You have always been my role model, you were my perfect role model. You raised Cookie after her mother Ellen died, you have always had a big heart. And you helped so many along the way. I see why Uncle William loved you so. You were simply amazing, we were always so happy on Canfield. You and uncle William upstairs and we lived down stairs. It was so perfect, heaven on earth. When you left to go home our world changed. You made such a difference in our world, and now some of us are so wounded by your passing that life will never be the same. Uncle William was so lost without you for those few months. There was some insanity missing you. No one could help, it was hard seeing him without you. God had to intervene and he did. Your love was on his way so bitter sweet because our lives will never be the same because we lost our Evangelist and our pastor. But things are as they should be. He's home with the love of his life always, a love affair like that takes me to my knees. Thanks for all the love and care. And the love story you shared.
