I love you and miss you more than words can say. I'm so blessed to have had 37 years with you as my grandmother and my guardian angel. You will forever be in my heart and mind.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Evelyn Hearn, 87 years old, born on July 30, 1927, and passed away on December 2, 2014. We will remember her forever.
