Although it has been a few months since the passing of Ms. Reese, we would still like to offer our deepest sympathy. May our Heavenly Father continue to be with during this time until the time when pain and death will be a thing of the past. (Revelation 21:3, 4)

I have nothing but fond memories of you. As I reflect, I can see that beautiful smile and your graceful poise. I remember visiting you and Uncle Enoch. On some Sunday afternoons, my Granddaddy Jack or Jamie would drive me and my grandmother Emma Lovelace Heard, your oldest sister to Cussetta. Those were enjoyable visits when I would have the opportunity to play with Wanda. She and I would sneak off through the path to visit and play with the children up the street. Not long after we would be gone we could hear your stern voice calling us back. By time we made through the path back to your house I could see you standing on the front porch, smoking your favorite cigarette. The closer we would get to the house the more I would be afraid. When we would finally make it in the house you would casually walk us in. All the long, I was anticipating being in trouble. To my surprise you would not be angry. You would simply look at my grandmother, and say "Emma Lee, those kids were alright!"

Again, nothing but fond memories!

I will always cherish the fond memories and love you.
