Mrs. Fannie Mae Frazier Spence was born on July 10, 1963 in West Point, GA to the late Nannie B. Frazier Scroggins and William T. Holloway. She departed this life on Monday, July 15, 2013.

Fannie Mae confessed Christ at an early age on Tuesday, August 18, 1970 at the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. R.V. Vines. She served on the Jr. Usher’s Board, and was a member of the Jr. Choir, Young Adult Choir and Red Circle/YWA.

Fannie Mae was a 1982 graduate of West Point High School. She was named Homecoming Queen her senior year. Fannie was a member of the school’s track team and was known for her speed.

She became a CNA and was employed with Lanier Memorial Nursing Home in Valley, AL until her health declined.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Mr. Earnest Scroggins and two brothers, Jimmie Frazier, Sr. and Wilson T. Holloway.

Fannie Mae’s memories will be cherished by her loving and devoted husband of 14 years, Andrew Spence; her children, Monique “Angel” Lewis and Wesley “Dache” Williams;

four brothers, Rev. Amos(Thelma) Smith, Selma, AL, Eddie Frazier, Jr., Hogansville, GA, Cleveland(Betty) King, Valley, AL, and Willie James King, Valley, AL; two aunts, Irene Jackson, Lanett, AL and Nancy Huguley, West Point, GA; mother-in-law, Mary Lee Spence, West Point, GA; four sister-in-laws, Theresa (Phillip)Todd, West Point, GA, Geraldine (Jill) Jones, West Point, GA, Karen McCurry, Cleveland, OH, and Laverne Davidson, Brooklyn, NY; a brother-in-law, Henry Lewis(Lawanda) Todd, Sutland, MD and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
