In Loving Memory of Mommy
God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around you, and whispered , "Come to Me"
With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove us He only takes the best.
What a Mom!
When I was in kindergarten, Mommy would bring me food during recess. Together we would sit on the swing at my school's playground. That was everyday without fail. During that time, Mommy already had 9 children to take care of but she had time for each one of us. I will never forget those days. They were so precious and I will cherish them for the rest of my life.
Mommy & me
When I was in my early teens, Mommy and I always attend the 5 am Sunday mass. She would wake me up @ 4:30 am. After mass, we will proceed to the market. She would first feed me with noodles, bread and coffee before we start buying food. Mommy was always the early bird. She wanted to buy the freshest meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. I learned so many marketing tips from her. Mommy was always well dressed and well groomed that people would always stare at her with admiration. I have so many fond memories of Mommy growing up. I miss those days and I miss her dearly.
