Mrs. Able,
I will miss you humor, charm, and warm personality. You were a mother and guide when I need one. You tough me so many things about life and how to live it. I will miss you smile and love the most. It's hard to believe when I walk through that door on 1010 Wabash Ave. you won't be there to greet me. I have you in my heart for ever and you thoughts will always guide me.
Love your Grandson Troy!

It is with much sadness and regret to have to say farewell to a wonderful and beautiful lady. My memories of the visits as a child will always be in my fondest memory. I have a couple of pictures posing in front of Wabash Ave residence, along with my siblings which will remind me of Aunt Florence’s love and kindness. My prayers and thoughts to Cousin Billie (Grace) and her family. Sorry for your loss.

Mama

Shared by Gina Jackson on January 8, 2020
For those of you that know my grandmother as Florence Able, I only know her as mama. When I think about my grandmother I think of the love that she showed me not as a grandmother but as a mother and a friend as someone that loved me unconditionally my heart aches of her passing. But her love will always continue to be with me.  With all my love Gina
