There is one thing about the Lamoureux family, they always loved to compete! From card games to board games, to just about anything you can imagine.
I remember day after day of playing "Pokeno" with Aunt Florence, Beama, and Grammy.
They always used the same card and I very rarely won, but it instilled in me the desire and will to never give up.
We were a big family, and I loved that we spent time together doing the "little things" 
Those were slower days, when no one seemed to be in such a rush, and everyone made time to get together.
I wish those days were back with us today.
