A GREAT MENTOR

June 18, 2021
Aunty Kemi was a great person i grew up to know as a mother, teacher and a mentor. I remember those days when you will gather all the kids to go upstairs for sunday school including your daughter Bimpe, who happens to be my friend. Hearing about your demise was a total shock, but i believe you are in a better place than this sinful world. Words fail me......., still trying to accept the fact that you are no more. May the good lord grant you eternal rest; and grant your family the fortitude to bear the loss. I TRULY MISS YOU AUNTY KEMI.......Sun re oo

FLORENCE OLUWAKEMI AJAYI - A TEACHER PER EXCELLENCE

June 15, 2021
Aunty Kemi as you are fondly called by all, your death still seems like a dream to all that went through your tutelage of which I am one. The last time I shed tears when anyone died  was on the demise of my father in 2016.
Upon hearing the news of your death, I couldn't control my emotions as I cried like a baby. I looked at your picture every night and re-echoed your name to myself and all I say is  O GA O.
You played the role of a teacher in my life.
You were indeed a teacher of teachers.
I remember those days when you would take myself & Bunmi Sokefun to ijora-Olopa to buy fish for Egbe Omo Jesu anniversary.
The three of us would fry the fish and then cook jollof rice for the anniversary. At some point we graduated to going to Ijora alone, later we graduated to doing the cooking in your absence.
You went ahead to teach us in the Way of the Lord; at some point you became our Sunday School teacher it was another experience here. We were well-trained to the point I became a Sunday School Teacher in that same Sunday School class.
You shared your personal experiences so that we could learn as young girls.
You were the kind of person that would not leave anything to chance.  You taught us how to put things in order when it came to programmes both in church and outside the church.
You knows who was fitted into among those you led. Hence no grudges from any quarters. During you stay in this sinful world, you made peace with all.
Hmmm, I was not in church when your death was announced, but the following Sunday, during the service, I couldn't take my eyes off those things that were put in place through you. I asked myself who would fill this vacuum.
Your death might be painful but I console myself with the book of Job chapter 14:5
"Seeing his days are determined, the number of his months are with thee, thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass"
You have played your part and It was time to returned home.
Rest on beloved Aunty Kemi

Aunty Kemi, Iya Aduke..
The news of your death was the greatest shock I've received in a while.
I thought you already overcame that battle, but still I'm sure you overcame even in death.
Selfless in her service to humanity..
Deep passion for the service to God..
Zealous towards the things of heaven..
Super Resilient..
I cannot find the right words at this time cause my soul, heart and body grieves...
You loved God and you loved everyone around you..
I pray the love of Christ Jesus leads you home to God's throne and to wear the Everlasting Crown of Glory cause you sure deserve it.
I pray the good Lord grant the family the strength and grace to pull through this trying times.
Till we meet to part no more, Sun re Iya Bimpe
You are forever loved and remembered ❤️❤️❤️
