Mom y’all looked so happy together. Thank the lord he was able to fill your void as long as he did. God gave y’all each other. We never know when it’s our time . God knew you needed a man of God just not a man. Treasure those years. God bless you and comfort you . Give you grace that only God can. Prayers and love daily sent to you.

Floyd was a blessing to me. Shared lots of memories. Prayers to all the family.

Nancy and I didn't know Floyd as well as family would, but we always enjoyed being around him ... fun, pleasant, encouraging. I remember he came by our Mesa AZ home in the early 2000s and asked questions about a certain flower that was blooming; I knew nothing about our few flowers and told him I just watered them! He proceeded to mention its beauty and brag on how we were caring for them. He was a guy who made people feel better about themselves!

Floyd was always first to give, share and lend a helping hand. He modeled the way for all of us with his generous heart and servant spirit.
