F.A Bissong, was not just a leader but a father. You were one in many and words will not be sufficient to describe you. My first encounter with you was the day I resumed duty at PSSA. That day you told me to go and report back after a week and when I insisted on staying, you provided an accommodation for me and ask Uncle G (Baba niyen of blessed memory) to take Mr Edowoyi and I to the school canteen.
You were a milky man truly. At love and peace hotel, we all sat on a round table during the sent forth party of Mr Emidun. You never saw your staff as people to rule and exercise power over. You carried everyone along.
You arrived Abeokuta a day before my wedding. You didn't come alone, you came with your family. That was much for me SIR and I remain ever grateful. So many words to pour out but I will rest here. REST ON SIR.

*Honestly, am immensely baffled and short of words to believe if you are actually human. You act like an Angel intervening when you are needed most. You really made engraved unforgettable memories in my life. My Biography cannot be complete without your mention. May your kind Soul continue to Rejoice in God's Bosom. .*

Oga Bissong. My first meeting with you on my resumption as a teacher at PSS Akure was quite revealing, cordial and jovial. A keen sportsman, straight forward, blunt and fine Police officer. I continue to regale my colleagues about your attitude to work especially your being a sticker for time and truth. Story plenty. Up Finbarrs! ( You had a strong passion for your Alma mater and never stopped teasing about how Finbarrs used to beat Igbobi in football) Rest well my brother. Amen.

Inevitably, every one dies :It is Simple and inescapable. But death still remains an uninvited guest. We are just visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love--_-----and then return home. But why do the GOOD go so early? Where do people go to when they die? Somewhere down below or in the sky? I can't be sure ;but it seems the good ones simply set up home inside our memory and dreams. Daddy Bissong, who will ever believe that you will leave so soon, a year goes like the twinkling of an eye. A Special Boss with an exceptional personality, a father in need and indeed, and an Epitome of leadership. Am still dumbfounded, aghast and downcasted at your sudden and haphazard disappearance in a broad day light. The history of my life will remain incomplete without your name being mentioned. Your paid my first school fees in the University and had other invaluable impact in my life. I love you but God love you the most. Continue to rest in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ. God Almighty will continue to give the families and friends you left behind the inner strength to bear the irreparable loss. "When I remember Daddy Bissong water run away my eye, aeee eeeh water run away my eye.

There are people and there are people. Francis Bissong is one of the rare souls who were created as humans but also chose to be humane and humble with his achievements. Your death is shocking and is an irreplaceable loss to the Force Education Unit and the Nigerian Police Force. You're a great and very rare kind of officer. May your kind soul find peace with God. Rest well in power.

In life you were rare, may your way be easy. Rest well great man. A leader like a father. No one can match your giant strides. Original is not photocopy. You were real. You knew your path and you towed it doggedly. You were a genius, an administrator per excellence. You're the yardstick to measure the achievements of commandants before and after you. You served humanity with your whole heart. No pretence, no airs about you. You were a rare refined and dignified soul. The sizes of the shoes you left behind are too big for mere mortal men to wear. You were a deity. Ever ready to listen and learn. No wonder you excelled. May your family be consoled. May your friends and loved ones be comforted. Perfect peace to your soul. Rest well with the ancestors. Rise in power DCP Francis Bissong.

Though, you're not here physically but you have made your impacts on this planet, so you're with us. Your works are speaking for you now. And they will till eternity. Your name is already etched on the tongues of children unborn. You're a colossus. You bestrode here like a gentle giant. You worked, served, played, lived and exited with greatness. I'd rather celebrate than mourn you. Why? You are what we are here to do. You focused so much on the assignment of humanity in the corner the creator placed you. You finished very well sir. Tears will run no doubt but your memory is full of joy, smiles and very good lessons for us all. Knowing you is redirecting our steps to finish well and better. Thank you for sharing your attributes with us. Thank you for living and showing us what it means to live. Mother Earth receives your kind soul with glee. You're heaven's gain, world will miss you forever. No one can ever be you again. You're toooooo real. May your refined and compassionate soul receive peace. May your beautiful family be comforted. May your loved ones be consoled.

Oga Bissong, words will fail me in describing you. You are such a gentle police officer. You are firm and simple. You forgive easily. I really enjoyed working for you and with you. May God console your wife and children in Jesus name.
