My brother has been gone for 28 years now but has lived on in my heart and memories since his physical being was taken. Never does a day go by that I don't think of him.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Francis (Frankie) Casey, 16 years old, born on March 2, 1968, and passed away on December 22, 1984. We will remember him forever.
