LOVE is patient, love is kind. It isn't envious or rejoices with the truth. It always protects, trusts, hopes & perseveres. Love never fails...And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is LOVE.

From the Topeka Capital Journal Guestbook: January 07, 2015 I remember meeting Francis and Ruth when they visited our home in Andover some time in early 1950's. He was proud of his wife, was happy to be visiting his hometown. Some 60 years later I received a letter from him expressing how nice of a restoration I had done on his father's last automobile. It was wonderful to hear from him. It is with a sad heart that I learned of his passing. I will keep his memory alive. To Ruth, Stewart, and Reta I offer my sincere condolences. May God Bless, Nephew Stephen ~ Stephen Bishop, Dieppe NB Canada

Dad, your parting with us was not an end but a magnificent beginning; the terrestrial just got swallowed up by the celestial. Our love for you did not die, and we can't wait to meet you at heaven's front gate when our temporary assignment on earth is complete. “Keeping a strong song in my heart’’, holding your memory with awe and pleasure, and hanging onto the promise of re-union. Love, Toni

Dad, thank you so much for never giving up here on earth - even in the face of trials and adversity. You never let our family down. I will miss you deeply - but know that you will be watching over us and guiding us from heaven (you too - Grandpa Frank). One day in the "distant" future - we will see you again and share that perfect cup of coffee once more - surrounded by all of our friends and adoring pets. Hugs, loads of LOVE and many, many corny jokes to you in heaven, Dad - from your silliest daughter, Reta Jane. Tell GrandPa Frank "thank you" for getting me out of that speeding ticket btw, and Dad - thanks again for my great looks (wink wink). I love you always and forever, Dad. xxoo There are Faith, Hope and Love ... but of these three, the greatest is Love.
