Mr. Frank Baggage was born on April 26, 1938 to the late Kelley and Jane Baggage in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.

He was united with the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at an early age. Later, he married Essie Lee Thomas Baggage, who preceded him in death.

Mt. Baggage departed this life on January 28, 2012, at Trinity Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.

Two sons preceded him in death: Ennis Stowes and Willie James Staples. Four Sisters preceded him in death: Virginia Sanders, Margaret Marynard, Laura Dudley and Lora Haden.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Six daughters: Eula Mae Kelley of New Site, AL; Aretha Baggage, Vanessa (Jerry Norris, Penny (Jerry) Ford, Belinda Thomas, Teresa Edwards, all of Alexander City, AL. Three sons: Bennie and Harold Stowes, both of New Site, AL; Ricky Pulliam of Anniston, AL. One sister, Shelley Jean Baggett of Queens, NY.  A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special friend, Mary Katherine and Friends of the Family.
