It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since losing Dad and Mom. This year, 2020, has been especially challenging in the world, and I am so glad they are safe at home with the Lord. I treasure the values they spoke into our lives that prepared us for good times and bad. Their wisdom lives on in us. I will always be grateful for their incredible faith, courage, and love. Their legacy continues on.

3/21/18 - Today, Dad would have been 89. I feel so blessed to have had such amazing parents and am filled with memories, words, love, encouragement, strength, and joy of moments we shared. I came across a wonderful thought recently in a devotional...No two Christians will ever meet for the last time. So true...and someday, it will be a grand reunion! As Dad & Mom always said..THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!! AMEN!

3-21-17 --- One year ago tonight, I was busy decorating my parent's room at assisted living for Dad's March 21st birthday. His prostate cancer was causing him to fade a little more each day and I knew his 87th birthday would be the last I would have to celebrate with him. Mom and I worked together to fill the room with colorful decorations hanging everywhere and made plans for a beautiful day with family, gifts, cake and special time together. Somehow at moments like this, you just can't take it all in. You want time to stop and for it to last forever. Today - a year later - I celebrate him in Heaven. He is in my heart and on my mind today as I remember last year so fondly - his smile - and what an incredible Dad I was so blessed to have. I love you Daddy -- every single day - and always will. Love, Your Melissa

I'm not good with words, but Frank and Jackie were very special people. I have known them for many years and when ever I would have a chance to see them they always made me feel very special. I really miss them now being around. I really believe of all the people I know they are the ones that should live forever, but God must have wanted them home.
You may not know who Gail Downs is so I'll sign my name here as
Gail Boblet Akesson Downs.

What a Great privilege it was to know Jacki and Frank Holy!
Their love towards others was so Christlike. They were not ashamed to speak openly of their faith even to strangers, by being in their presence the love and excitement was contagious.
Jacki's gift with music brought such joy to many. She had a way of getting everyone to join in with her celebration of life. Her positive attitude and can do spirit was so inspiring. She gave you confidence to not be held back by your fears. Frank's quiet attentiveness made it evident he listened with his heart.
You could see the sparkle in their eyes as the love was displayed so genuinely and you could tell they were best friends.
Witnessing the love they had for each other encouraged our love to be better and stronger in Christ.
What a comfort it is to know we will see them again in our forever Home, until then their smiles shine in our memory.
