Freddie was such a fun and outgoing uncle to me. Super loving and always in a good spirit. He was always positive, no matter what was happening and had an easy solution to problems.
One thing I remember most about him was his laughter. It was very contagious! Especially when we would play games like, 21 together. Or family cherades.
One particular story I remember was when Freddie, TIa Amie and Brandon were living in the Detroit area. They had a white van and Carla and I were staying over for a week or two during the summer. Carla and I were trying to raise money (like typical teenagers), and so we offered to clean the van. After two hours or so, Freddie being so sweet, gave us a generous payment. And then when the van was all clean and we were ready to go on our next adventure, we yelled out, "Ready, Freddie?!" =)
I know we will see Freddie again soon, ready for another adventure.
According to 1 Thessalonians 4: 16,17
"For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel and with the trumpe call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever."
Another memory I have was when Freddie and Brandon were teaching me how to ride the dirt bike. I thought it was very brave of them to teach me... =) Freddie would hold the bike until I was ready, and VERY patiently (he was always very patient), he would tell me what to do and put his trust in me. And so that day I learned how to ride the bike. Thank you Freddie!!
I love you..
