Gary graduated high school. Went into the military,received an honorable discharge. Worked at General Motors Foundry. Was the vice-president in the local union. After GMF closing went back to school and received a degree in Business Management. Education was very important to Gary. Gary's hobbies were antique car restoration, which he won many awards. He loved to ride his motorcycle. Gary is survived by wife Sherry Mashburn. Children Johnathon, Brock and Jackie. Step-children Jennie, James and Nicole. Parents Nadine and Deloy Shakespear. Siblings twin brother Larry E Mashburn. Brothers Darryl Mashburn, Ron Johnson, Dave Shakespear.Many extended family members. Lifelong friend Pete Rosenberg. Procedded in death by grandparents Tom and Roma Woods. Father Carl Mashburn. And sister Mindy Shakespear
