Gloria Jean Travers of Clinton, MD died on Monday, April 9, 2012 in Colonial Beach, MD. She was 72 years old. Jean was a retired administrative assistant for 28 plus years with Prince George’s County Government. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. In her earlier years, she was a camp fire leader. She loved playing the slots and poker, long rides in the car, and shopping. Daughter of the late Richard Victor Hildebrand and the late Thelma Louise McAllister Hildebrand Predeceased by her parents; her late husband Freddy Travers; two late grandchildren, Lil’ Rob Hurley and Johnathan Michael Mahoney Survived by five daughters, Lori Gallagher of White Plains, MD, Leslie Hurley of La Plata, MD, Lisa Travers of Colonial Beach, VA, Leanne (John) Parnell of HI, and LaDonna (Sean) Brady of FL; two brothers, Rick (Shirley) Hildebrand of Clinton, MD and Ronnie (Marsha) Hildebrand of Ocean City, MD; one sister, Carol Garner of Bowling Green, VA.
