the ten commandments

when we walked to the theater for the first time in frazier park, california and we saw cecil b. demiles the ten commandments. i can still remember the awesome red curtians with the gold fringe  and tassels. and the smell of that pop corn. it was so exciting waiting for the movie to start. the roar of the crowd. then the lights go down and the curtains open, and it was the biggest screen i ever saw.i was only 7. then the music starts and it got quiet, and then it starts.,the colors and sound were great.and the costumes were beautiful. and at intermission, the band played from behind the curtain. till this day i believe it was the monkeys i remember the song "im a believer". i have ioved it since then. after a short time the movie came back on and i was lost in the story. after we walked home and i was so happy. it was you,me,and deb together. i sure have lots of good happy times with us all together.  love you bubba , jo jo
