To my Father-in-law
I’m not so sure there is a heaven. Or what that may truly be.
I’m not sure if your soul stands beside us, or if you really leave.
I do know, you will forever live in our hearts with great pride of a Father who did, what he knew best.
You loved your family, you wore your heart on your sleeve. A great protector, yet you were so kind and gentle,So easy to please. A sweet man many would say. He’d put your mind at ease.
You are a Father, and a Grandpa in every sense of the way.
We’ll shed many tears knowing it was your time, you fought a courageous battle. A battle that couldn’t be won. Your legacy will shine, even through the darkest of time.
We’ll try to take comfort, now that you’re at peace. Rest Easy Dad, George Maxim
You’ll forever be missed!
