110th Birthday

December 20, 2018

Thursday 20th Dec 2018 My third sad day of this year.

Happy Birthday to my Wonderful Dad in Heaven RIP xxxxxxxxxxxxx
 You may have thought I didn't see, or that I hadn't heard,
life's lessons that you taught to me.
But I got every word. Perhaps you thought I missed it all,
But Dad, I picked up everything. It's written on my heart.
Without you, Dad, I wouldn't be The woman I am today;
You built a strong foundation. No one can take away.
I've grown up with your values,and I'm very glad I did;

So here's to you, My wonderful Dad,  my hero . I hope you look down & feel proud of me
Love forever  in my heart your  Daughter Gloria xxx

He was my friend and I still mourn him. we meant everything to him

He was a Boxer when young and fought many fights taking after his ancestor who was a famous bare-knuckle fighter. He fought for the Met Police.
In the war he was a Police special. He taught Boxing at night school for GLC at Hay Currie School in Poplar. He like his holiday to South Devon every year.
He was always there for us, made us laugh ,wiped our tears when we cried
