Gerald J Ferrier, Jr., passed away peacefully on May 5th, 2021 at the age of 82.Gerald valiantly battled Parkinson’s and dementia for the last ten years of his life with the same ferocity and dedication as any other challenge in his life.Gerald was the cherished father of Nicholas and brother of Mildred and the late Ronald.
Gerald graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School in 1956 and was a US Army veteran and dedicated employee with AAMCO Transmissions for over 47 years.Gerald was kind, gentle, and passionate about caring for others.Gerald was a hero and role model to his son Nicholas, who felt honored and privileged to call Gerald his father.
Visitation from 10-10:45 am, with Funeral Mass to follow at 11 am on Friday, May 14th, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Philip Neri Church in Lafayette Hill, PA. Entombment St. Matthew’s Cemetery. A luncheon at Flanigan’s Boathouse will be held after the ceremony.
