Gerard (Jerry) Francis Kelly Jr.

February 28th, 1963 – May 21st, 2022

Jerry was born on February 28th, 1963, in Cherry Point, North Carolina and passed away at the age of 59 on May 21st, 2022, in Dayton, Ohio after a long 3-year battle with cancer, with his daughter by his side.

He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and Navy. He loved riding his motorcycle, visiting new places he has never been, working on his trucks, home remodeling, fishing, camping, gold panning and playing computer games.

He is preceded in death by his father Gerard Francis Sr, mother Thelma and older sister Bertha Marie. He is survived by his younger brother Michael (Christina), daughters Tabitha (Marcus) and Rebecca (Derek), son Christopher, grandchildren Hunter, Austin (Kennedy), Skyler, Cody and Fischer, nieces Cesley (John), Angela, and Danielle, Nephew John, great Nieces Mia and Shaylee and great nephew Zachary. He left behind his closest friends Linda Rich, Dave (daughter Nicole), and Tommy (daughter Amber and son Brandon), who were all more like family then friends.

His wishes were to be cremated and to have some of his ashes spread in the mountains and rivers in Alaska, where he loved to gold pan and fish. He will never be forgotten and forever be in our hearts.
