Gertrude Adams was born on May 23,1960, to the loving parents of father Robert Adams and mother Gertrude Adams (yes mother and daughter have the same name). She was number seven of eight children born. She was a beautiful, sweet, caring, giving and loving person as a child just as she was as an adult. Gertrude Adams "WHOLEHEARTEDLY" dedicated her life to Christ at an early age. She established a strong faith in Jesus, which was the armor she wore daily, no matter how hard life beat her or how people treated her she was always the same. JUST A LOVING HUMAN BEING.

On January 6, 2021, Gertrude Adams passed away and gained her wings. She was preceded in death by 2 children Naquetta Adams and Damien Adams, and brother John Q. Adams. She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter LaShonda Adams; granddaughter Annie Adams; 3 sisters Margaret Molette, Lucy M. Adams, Victoria Adams; and 3 brothers James Molette, Rosevelt Adams, Butler Adams.
