If tears could build a stairway,
And memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven
And bring you home again.....
I will forever miss you and will forever love you
Someday then I will finally be able to hug you
Until then my little guy...rest in peace

HOW HE TOUCHED MY LIFE

February 7, 2012

I always worry about my dear brothers and sisters and the trials they go through in Satans system of things.I learned of Ginelo from a brothers page I am friends with.Instantly my heart was touched.I put myself in his parents place and knew I would do anything as a parent for my child.I seen his parents struggle to provide care for their child and the strength they had to press foward by putting their trust in Jehovah.I seen Ginelos determination to be with his family. My heart broke each day for them.Through their ups and downs. Then December my brother passed away. The pain was unbarable. And my prayers became stronger for ginelo so his family didnt have to experience the same pain I was feeling. But I also seen a little boy who was suffering greatly and knew if he needed to leave everyone that Jehovah would return him soon. This help me to have a better perspective on my brothers death. That it wasnt permanate. That he was only alsleep in Jehovahs memory. And that he would have a better life soon. But the day Ginelo passed I had to cry.My heart ached for his family.Knowing their pain and what they will have to face days, weeks, months even a year from now with such a void in their life.Yes we have the promise of the paradsie earth we still have pain.Jesus cried when his dear friend Lazarus died.(John 11:11,14-44).So how much more we shed tears as imperfect humans.Arnel and Gina my prayers are with you.I pray for your strength. And also the comfort of the brothers and sisters.Keep strong until your little one is back in your arms.AGAPE

IN HIS MEMORY

February 7, 2012

To brother and sister CORTEZ

     IN HIS MEMORY

Its time to go to sleep now little man no longer must you be strong

Because earths grave claims you at this time but you won’t sleep very long

Jehovah’s will call you from the earth soil and lift you with his tender care

He will refresh you back to life again so for now there’s nothing to fear

Because to him you are like a tiny caterpillar that will escape as the time arrives

Where you will spring forth like a beautiful butterfly and spread your wings and fly

Where your big brown eyes will gleam with joy and the sparkle return to your smile

Jehovah wont forget about you little one because your personality is in his files

He will give you strength like a mountain again and a heart overflowing with love

He will make you leap like a stag in the fields these are promises from the one above

He will return those days you lost when in pain and let you live like a child again

He will give you health that will for ever endure because he is your father and friend

But for now we shed a river of tears but soon these tears will turn to ones of joy

As Jehovah returns to the surface of the ground this sweet son, brother, friend and boy

Who has touched so many lives with his strength and his story but for now the battle has won

But in the end Jehovah will erase all sin and pain that was made possible by the death of his son

That will forever wash away all mans sin and sorrow that will purify all tears and pain

That will raise all our loved ones back to our warm embrace and erase all mans sinful stains

(JOHN 5:28,29)

I'll Lend You A Child by Edgar Guest

February 6, 2012
For Arnel & Gina, May you find comfort and solace with this poem, as I did, when we lost our angel Thomas.
I'll Lend You A Child by Edgar Guest

"I'll lend you for a little time a child of mine,"  He said.
For you to love - while he lives
And mourn for when he's dead.

It may be six or seven years
Or twenty-two or three,
But will you, till I call him back,
Take care or him for Me?

He'll bring his smiles to gladden you,
And should this stay be brief
You'll have his lovely memories as solace for your grief.

I cannot promise he will stay,
Since all from earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there
I want this child to learn.

I've looked this world over
In search for teachers true,
And from the throngs that crowd
Life's lanes, I have selected you.

Now will you give him all your love,
Nor count the labor vain,
Nor hate Me when I come to call to
Take him back again?"

I fancied that I heard then say,
"Dear Lord, Thy will be done,
For all the joy Thy child shall bring,

The risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness,
We'll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we've known
Forever grateful stay.

But should the angels call for him
Much sooner than we've planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that come
And try to understand."
