Funeral service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 with 12:00pm Visitation and 1:00pm, at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (2060 Germantown Street/Dayton, OH 45417). Masks are required for entry and burial at Woodland Cemetery.

Ms. Gloria Clowers was born on November 21st, 1950 in Dayton, OH to the late Alonzo Clowers and Leslie Lovelace. She leaves behind two children (Jerusalem McClendon and Jamaica McClendon), five grandchildren (Zayonna McClendon, Jaysha McClendon, Jadoria McClendon, Rayvon McClendon, and Robert McClendon), and a great granddaughter (Ja'Niayah Colbert).

Gloria graduated from Roosevelt High School. She was a foster child and grew up with other siblings. Although not much is known about her past, we do know that she is, what Jerusalem described as, a perfect mother. Gloria is a special individual who was always straight forward. It was a blessing to have her in your life.
Gloria was a well loved individual who had a lot of room in her heart for others. Many people called her family. She was generous and cared deeply for her family. We could rely on her and the late Robert "Big Rob" McClendon for support. Gloria was a passionate, laid-back, loyal individual who was easily someone her family could turn to. Her calm and loving nature will dearly be missed.

Professional services entrusted to W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory (Dayton).
