Grace T. Beck, 78, a lifelong resident of Granville County died Friday, July 19, 2013 at Durham Regional Hospital.
A native of Granville County the daughter of the late Alvin and Margaret Horton Thompson. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Creedmoor and was a homemaker.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday July 22, at the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by the Rev. Tom Lamb Sr. Burial Will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor.
Surviving are her Daughter, Connie Beck Elliott of Creedmoor and 2 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Elmos “Buck Red” Beck, and a son, Alvin Michael Beck.
Visitation will be held Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. and at other times at 1530 Beaver Dam Road, Creedmoor.
Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor is assisting the Beck family.
