Grace fought for every second of her life and after a scan on the wednesday at 5pm she was perfect. I was told to come back on friday at 9am to ve induced and meet my sweet girl , unfortunately in that one day she passed away. She would have turned 4 this year. The pain of losing you my darling has not lessened.
