On Monday, March 29, 2021, Grace Johnson, beloved mother and friend to all, passed away at the age of 62.
At her request, no funeral service will be held, and a celebration of her life will be held in private with close family at a later date.
Grace was born on September 25, 1958 in Greenwood, Indiana to Irene A. Charleswood. She attended Center Grove High School, and graduated Class of 1976. Grace had eight children and loved nothing more than her children and grandchildren.
She was passionate about taking care of others and a good cup of coffee.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Irene A. Charleswood, and stepfather Robert P. Charleswood, and her son, Michael Brandon. She is survived by her seven children, Tiana (Shawn) Patrick, Jennifer (Richard) Carlson, Kimberly Tanner, Edwin Shipman Jr., Joseph Shipman, and twins, Nicole and Nicholas Shipman, as well as her six grandchildren, Justin, Larissa, and Anna-Marie Patrick, Michael and Annabelle Carlson, and Xander Tippmann.
