He is survived by his wife: Elena Masters, Daughter: Jovelene Masters, Mother: Pearl Masters. Sisters: Karrie Fultz, Dovey Ullery; Nephews: Neil Fultz, Kenny Ullery, Jacob Fultz. Nieces: Tammy Masters, Kristy Ullery, Lindsey Coffin, and many friends.

Family and Friends will be having a Celebration of Life in Grover's Honor:

Not only was you the best Uncle a girl could ask for you were like a second dad. One thing i knew is that i could always come to you for anything and how much you loved me. Seeing you smile and hearing that deep manly laugh that you could hear across the house is a sound ill cherish for the rest of my life. I know your not in pain anymore but family events wont be the same without you. Thank you for being one of the most awesome men in this world. I know your up there with everyone watching over everyone especially mamaw. I love and miss you so much. Take care of my baby boy up there. I know hes in good hands with all of you guys..
