Guy F. Claude Hamel was a Universal Patriarch for the Old Catholic Orthodox church. He also had a background in Philosophy, Theology and Sociology. He was also a writer publishing over 200 books and the monthly news letter called CSP World News and an oil painting artist where he produced and sold a large number of painting. Then in 2000 he then founded the Bethamy Cultural Center in Orleans where meetings conducted by him were held such as AA meetings, Philosophy meetings, art workshops or just people dropping in for councelling or needed ressources. He also sold his books and paintings. He also became a landloard for a short period of time before he passed, owning 3 units on Bethamy Lane. He was a well respected man that always reached out to the community:)
