Taco Tuesday

Mom really loved tacos. She could eat them daily if it was left up to her. No matter if she couldn't get through the hard shell. She once told me that when she was pregnant with me all she craved was tacos and fish.
My aunt Betty told me that my mom refused to go to the hospital even while in labor until she got her some tacos. My aunt and father had to fool her into believing they were going to take her to get tacos in order to get her to the hospital to have me. I was a surprise. Two month early surprise.
