Hank Connors passed away suddenly March 24, 2016, of cardiac arrest.  Hank was born in Stratford, Conn. on 2/22/1940.  He was the son of Mildred and Henry Connors who pre-deceased him.  He was a graduate of the University of Connecticut andRollins College.  Hank worked most of his life in sales in the automatic door and gate industry and had retired from that field.

In his high school years Hank played football for Fairfield Prep and went on to play at the University of Connecticut.  He married Nancy Wiedenbeck of Winter Garden in 1968, and while his work took them briefly to Illinois and Texas, he spent most of his career in Windermere, FL.  He is also survived by his daughter, Brynna, and his brother, Don Connors and wife Jeannine, as well as many nieces and nephews.  Hank was always grateful that he could spend his remaining years around family.  Memorials in Hank’s name may be made to Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando, or to Fairfield College Preparatory School.
