Harold Edward Ragsdale, 92, of West Point, GA, went home to his Lord and beloved wife of 69 years, Elsie Mankin Ragsdale on May 23, 2016, in Darien, GA.

Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 6:00PM EDT to 9:00 PM EDT at the McCarthy Funeral Home at 1200 2^nd Avenue, West Point, GA followed by a celebration of his life at the Lanett Church of Christ at 2:00 PM EDT on Thursday.

Dear family of Harold Ragsdale, We greatly respected and admired both Harold and Elsie. Wayne also worked for IBM and Marilyn for Valley National Bank, so our paths crossed in multiple places. Losing parents is never easy nor prepared for, even when we know for an extended time that it is eminent.. Our heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to all your family. Wayne and Marilyn Crowder
