It is with deep sorrow to announce the death of Harrison K.C. "Cassen" Conaway IV age 35 of Washington CH, Ohio.

He was found deceased on April 2, 2022. He was born on July 30, 1986 in Wch.

Surviving is his fiancé Brandy Curtis-Davis, Daughter Adrienne Davis of Wch, Son Cassen Conaway of Leesburg, His 3 sidekicks (Grandbabies) Shaylee, Raza & Morpheus of Wch. Grandfather John Adkins Jr. Mother Mary (Adkins) Vinion, Brother Anthony Adkins & Sister Beth Limon. Numerous friends he called family.

Cassen is proceeded in death by his sister/bestfriend Victoria "Vikki" Simpson. 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
