Harry Johann Breitbarth, 96, of West Point, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017 at the Stanton Nursing Home. A funeral service was Wednesday at Grace Lutheran Church with Rev. Carl Kramer as officiant. Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery.

Stokely Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his sister, Edna Bettenhausen of West Point; brother, Art Breitbarth of Fremont; and several nieces and nephews including Janet Surls, whom he and Elaine helped raise.
