I miss you daddy
Daddy told me once that, " You might not know it right now or even want to accept it but you will work for God one day." He was right.. As my daddy was a man of God, I too am a woman of God. I became a pastor at a wonderful church daddy. Just like you said.. I miss you every moment of every day. When the Lord takes me home, I shall bow at his feet and then I shall look for you daddy...
Psalm 24:1-10 "
1The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it;
2for he founded it on the seas
and established it on the waters.
3Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in his holy place?
4The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,
who does not trust in an idol
or swear by a false god.
5They will receive blessing from the Lord
and vindication from God their Savior.
6Such is the generation of those who seek him,
who seek your face, God of Jacob.
7Lift up your heads, you gates;
be lifted up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.
8Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
the Lord mighty in battle.
9Lift up your heads, you gates;
lift them up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in.
10Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
he is the King of glory."
I love you daddy now and forever.
Until we meet again daddy
Some of my fondest memories with my daddy was when we went to church and when he practiced his singing with his group. He told me I was his "princess".. We sang and sang and praised the Lord. He is survived by four grandchildren from me. Marissa, Marie, Travis and Brian. I love you daddy. I will not say goodbye just... until we meet again in Heaven... And I will always " Be Greatful" that you were my daddy. I love you.- Cassandra
