She was born in 1953 in the village of Bakin Kogi in the southern part of the State of Kaduna. She hailed from a notable family that believed in the power of education. She also started working on translating The Bible to her native language Ninkyop before her most recent departure to the US.  Great was her love for her people and her saviour Jesus Christ.

In 1990, with the help of the Netherlands Embassy, she established a community nursery and primary school- Kadima Memorial Academy. This school has gone on to produce students that have excelled in most areas of university education. With various community services in NGOs, she collaborated with FAITH ALIVE and 1st Fresno Baptist Church California, USA to build the HIV/AIDS iniciative clinic in Bakin Kogi- Kaninkon in 2006.
