It has been bitter sweet,
Thank God for sweeping
My feet,
You passing to the other side,
Took me for a ride,
Not knowing all these feelings inside,
Would not abide,
To the truth,
That you once were alive,
You took the drive,
To heaven,
Only to see the number,
Seven,
It woke up my spirit,
In the last moments,
Of your essence on this earth,
The girth that you had,

Of going by fast,
Yet it passes,
Like a bright light,
Time waits for no one,

It is so precious,
Only by sight,
We see beauty at its best,

God gives us Miracles,

Yet we say we can never be the best,
In God’s eyesight we can strive,
To learn to live and dive,
For success and be,
All we can be and see,
What forthcoming can we,
Can afford to relieve,
What we believe,
When we can achieve,

From him by reaching out,
To learn all we have to bout,
To give our hearts, souls, mind,

Not knowing when to stay,
Or leave things alone,
Yet we are like stone,
The person not knowing,

But knowing is half the battle,
