Mrs. Helen J. Glover Bass of Columbus passed away Monday at her home. She was 74 years of age.

The daughter of the late Clyde Sr. and Dorothy Bradley Glover, Mrs. Bass was born in Dixie County, FL on September 18, 1940. She was a 1959 graduate of the William H. Spencer High School and obtained her Master of Cosmetology degree in Columbus, OH. She also received a degree as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was employed as a CNA for over 20 years at the Rivertown Center. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Clyde Glover, Jr. and Sylvester Glover.

Surviving her departure with cherished memories, include: her sister, Elnora Holt; two sisters-in-law, Delores Glover and Margaret Glover; beloved nieces and nephews, Dorethea Glover, Anthony Glover, Valerie Glover, Cynthia Fisher, Jacquelyn Green Lisa Davis and Brian Holt; a great aunt, Inez Head; a host of other relative and friends.
