Helen Vaughn Campbell, 68, a resident of 305 Railroad Street, Stovall, NC, passed peaceably at Granville Medical Center, Thursday, January 13, 2011.

 

A native of Northampton County, the widow if William K. Campbell, Sr. and the daughter of the late James and Ruby Hodges Vaughn. She was a member of Stovall Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

 

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Stovall Baptist Church by Rev. Eddie Mauldin. Burial will be in Stovall Memorial Cemetery.

 

Surviving are two daughters, Elizabeth Matthews of Oxford, Olivia Campbell of Stovall, five sons, William K. Campbell, Jr., James L. Campbell, both of Bullock, David Earl Campbell, Albert R. Campbell, Marvin L. Campbell, all of Oxford, twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and two brothers, James Vaughn of Aulander, NC and Robert Vaughn of Tarboro, NC. 

 

Visitation will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 PM Friday, January 13, 2011 at the Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford, NC and other times at 305 Railroad Street, Stovall, NC.
