Major General Henry Simon was born in West Virginia on Feb 12, 1921. He graduated from Cranford High School and earned a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, then two graduate degrees from George Washington University. He retired in 1976, and lived in Crystal Water, Florida, where he died on Oct 9, 2016.
