Herman Edward Dillon born in Welch West Virginia on June 6th 1951. He was a resident of Tipp City Ohio for many years... Herman passed away on June 16th 2019 at Miami County Hospice in Troy Ohio. His bout with cancer was long and he passed at 3 PM on Father's Day.
Herman was preceded in death by his parents James and Leona Dillon of West Virginia and 12 siblings. Herman was the youngest of 13
He is survived by wife Karen of Tipp City and 6 children; Dwayne Dillon of North Carolina, Elizabeth Ryan of North Carolina, Michael Dillon of West Virginia, Kerri Dillon of West Virginia, Marcie Solaris of Michigan, and Mary Haines of Tipp City, Ohio
There will be no service, however the Dillon family is planning a Celebration of Life event in the near future
