Holden Pierce Rapp passed away unexpectedly on October 12th, 2020. He was born on September 22nd the same year. Though his time with his family was short, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around him.
His family cherishes his memory as the brief gift it was. Holden is survived by his parents, Jessica Sorbellini and William Rapp, and his grandparents, Joseph and Diane Sobellini, Barbara Krill and Katie Winters. Also, his loving Aunts Nadia, Ashley, Megan, Theresa and his Uncle Anthony. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in Holden’s honor to The American SIDS Institute at http://www.sids.org. The family has opted for a private memorial service for immediate family only.
This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Holden Rapp . We will remember him forever.

Where does mommy begin. How can I begin. It’s not fair baby it’s not fair. But mommy loved..loves you so much. So much it hurts. I loved all 20 days I got to watch you grow and you grew so much in those 20 days it’s crazy. I’d do anything bugga to have you back here in my arms. Being your mommy was my greatest achievement. I’m so happy my last day with you was filled with so much joy and those memories will be forever in my heart. I love you my sweet sweet boy. Sleep in peace

Being able to have spent the day with Holden and his family to pick out his first pumpkin and see the goats, cows, and pigs at the farm is a memory that I will hold forever in my heart.

I was honored to get to take Holden to his first pumpkin patch. We got the cutest pumkin for him, went on a hayride and seen some farm animals. A beautiful sunny day with this amazing little guy.
