Howard was born November 19, 1974 in Frederick, Maryland.  He was the most happy go lucky child I have ever seen. His favorite song when he was 13 was "Don't Worry, Be Happy". He was a kind helpful child and that went into his adult years.  No matter what he set out to do as far as a job or being helpful he learned fast and put in 110%. Howard was a person who loved to joke and being a prankster. He was an outdoors person. He loved all animals and the mountains. He was one with nature.  He never married but he had a girlfriend of 3 years when he left this earth on June 20, 2014.  He loved children but did not want any of his own.  I still miss him and think about him everyday.
